Hi Everyone,
Working alongside Vivian as a fellow team member at AIA for 2 years, I have seen how the amount of hard work and heart work she had put in for both her clients and personal growth. With similar mentorship and values, her level of maturity and levelheadedness are uncommon amongst her peers, and I soon found her to be an inspiration. When I decided to leave the industry due to personal reasons, but still a huge advocate of financial health, wealth and sustainability, I knew that Vivian would be a great (business) partner and would take great care of my clients and family, as she genuinely has their interest at heart.
Today, my company is in a direct partnership with AIA and with Vivian as my trusty AIA partner, I can wholeheartedly vouch for her competence, service and that she will always put her clients’ wellbeing as priority. A great girl with a great head, on a great heart!

Hi Everyone,
Vivian helped me to understand my existing coverage, which my parents have bought for me since young clearly. I was also transitioning to a new phase in life, therefore i had to look through my portfolio again. She practice patience in addressing our issue and explain every minor detail that we need to be informed on. At the same time she also listens and address my needs providing the necessary solution to meet them. I feel that she’s very easy to work with and full of smiles all the time. I liked that her approach was sincere and more of addressing my solution rather then trying to push a sale which I appreciated.

Hi Everyone,
Knowing Vivian since secondary school, I was curious to see if the traits that were reliability and trustworthiness I remember her for would carry over to her new profession as a financial advisor. Based on the meetups we have had, these traits have been honed to a higher level along with a tinge of professionalism as shown during our conversations. I would therefore highly recommend Vivian to my peers for any financial advice they may require with the full knowing that they will be in the right hands.

Hi Everyone,
Proper and appropriate planning have been become one of the main concerns when we buy any insurance products. Often when we bought our plans in our early age there isn’t any reviews annually. So overtime the plans are no longer as relevant in today context.
So when Vivian approached for a summary and review i was happy to do it cause I can’t really remember what I bought over the years. After better understanding of my plans and weighing the options, I’m glad I managed to have comprehensive plans which fits my criteria and needs. She have also been very prompt in her pre and post sales service to her client to value add to her customers.
Another commendable thing is she even go beyond her scope of work when I’ve mentioned about refinancing of my mortgage and she even assisted to bridge that gap with her connections.

Hi Everyone,
Having seen Vivian through the years, she has grown from a little lady to the now matured and ambitious young woman who has set goals in her career and life that will see her grow fabulously in this industry. I used to go to her for courses for the workers in my company when she was in the training sector and has provided her the responsibility of my company's employees benefits when she joined AIA. And today she takes over my personal policies after my agent left me orphaned. A truly sincere and hardworking young woman who plans well for your financial needs and concerns. Give her time to learn even more in this industry and she will excel.

Hi Everyone,
My perception of insurance agents were that they all were out to earn other’s money initially. I was a skeptic at first about insurance or savings/investments, cause I’d rather spend it on things that can be felt, touched or used on a daily basis. A reason why I decided to hear Vivian out was that I was struggling to save cause there was no system that forces me to do so. But Vivian shared that savings/investment plan actually created a “forced savings” system for me cause I have to set aside the amount every month. All while getting me better returns for my money (better interest rates than banks haha). She even openly shared some of her own plans with me. Insurance was a by-product of the process of planning cause I want to make sure it does not eat into my savings down the road.

Avid Learner with a Sincere Approach
Hi Everyone,
I know Vivian as a very driven personality, but yet maintains humility to all things.
Vivian always has your needs and concerns in mind, first and foremost. You can count on her to be candid, and be forthcoming on her view of things.
Insurance is not an easy industry to thrive in. But Vivian’s motivations to do so are in the right place. It is never about the sale, but about what the products can do to ease somebody’s blind spots and looking at insurance for what it is meant for: to protect against unexpected events and having them the financial tools to restore order.
I wish Vivian well in her future endeavours and continue to render service to her clients with the correct attitude. Her motivation to do more for people extends to reading books, and enriching her life perspectives too as a result.
